1. Acceptance
By using Green Juice Arcade and its games (the "Arcade"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Arcade.
2. The Game
The Arcade is a collection of casual games provided for entertainment. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
You may play as a guest or create an account (Google or email). You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account anytime in ☰ More → Account → Delete account & data, or from the profile panel on the Arcade hub.
4. Purchases & virtual items
The Arcade may offer optional purchases processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Purchased items are virtual goods delivered within the Game; they have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices and offerings may change, and applicable taxes may be added.
Refunds: purchases of virtual items are final once delivered, except where a refund is required by law. Refunds or chargebacks may result in the corresponding items being revoked. The Arcade Afterglow pass is cosmetic and does not alter scoring, levels, or progression.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to breach security, abuse the payment or account systems, reverse-engineer paid server logic, or use the Game unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, its code, and its content are owned by Winter Hill Media Group or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING-LAW JURISDICTION — to be set], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
